Committing to Goals

Good morning, and what a fantastic day it is already! Where do you see your life in 5 years? 10 years? Where do you see your business in 5-10 years? Have you taken the time to create long term goals with action steps?  I have found that many people are hesitant to commit to long term goals, due to the fear of the unknown.  Who knows what the market will be? What changes might occur in your personal life? While it’s true that life is a series of twists and turns, there’s nothing wrong with mapping out a course for your life. Zig Ziglar said it best when he said, “Go as far as you can see. When you get there, you’ll be able to see farther!” What a simple concept. How far into your future can you see?

Something to Think About

It’s not really that hard to make money in real estate, or any other profession, but you have to be committed to do those activities which result in success.

Weekly Activity

Take the time this week to map out one long term goal. It’s like estate planning, or financial planning. None of us know what the future holds, but we do know our dreams and wishes. Be daring. Create a long-term goal, tell others about it, and create a few action steps to move in that direction.
